Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Hue by SLA, we are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. To ensure that all our customers have a fair opportunity to participate in our workshops and events, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

  1. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise. However, please note that cancellations are generally not permitted for our workshops and events. This policy is in place because we have limited slots available, and accommodating last-minute cancellations can be challenging.

  2. Transfer of Booking: While we do not allow cancellations, we do permit the transfer of your booking to a friend or family member for the same time slot. To facilitate this transfer, please contact our customer support team at with the new participant's details. Please make sure the transfer is completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

  3. Rescheduling Within 30 Days: If you are unable to attend the workshop or event on the originally booked date and time, you may request a rescheduling of your booking for a different time slot within 30 days from the date of your original booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  4. Management Discretion: Please note that any requests for transfer or rescheduling are subject to the management's discretion. The management will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and make a final decision regarding its approval. We aim to be fair and considerate in our decision-making process.

  5. Refunds Exception: Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases and are subject to management approval. Such cases may include documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with relevant documentation.

  6. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for the event and have not arranged for a transfer or rescheduling in advance, no refunds will be provided.
